How We Partner
We begin with exploratory conversations to identify areas of potential alignment. When appropriate, we jointly sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect the confidential nature of ongoing discussions. Early on, we anticipate challenges and how to resolve. Once both parties agree to the partnership, we sign a Letter of Intent (LOI). From there a Final Agreement is negotiated and signed. Then the share journey begins – integration planning.
