Healthy Transitions

Services We Provide:

  • You will be compensated for your time and experience ($30 gift card per meeting you attend)
  • Meetings will be held every 2-4 weeks and will be a mix of virtual and in-person
  • Who can join? Anyone ages 16-25, and living in Iredell County or very familiar with the needs and challenges of young people in Iredell County
  • Help plan fun and meaningful community events for young folks
  • Work on youth-led service projects
  • Give feedback on materials and programs created by the Healthy Transitions program
  • Advocate for what young people really need
  • Connect with others who care about making a difference
