Join Our Team!

Help us provide hope, health, and healing to North Carolina children and families.

At Children’s Hope Alliance, we aim to create a community of support for our staff, clients and families. Our teams go above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied in our positions, challenged on our teams and have all of our needs met to be our best, authentic selves.

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Our agency manages a small fleet of vehicles, and eligible employees may have the use of company vehicles when cars are available and approved.

Our Heartstrings Program offers free hot and iced coffee for employees on our Statesville Campus as part of their teen coffee barista workforce program.

Our technology package includes a yearly remote stipend for internal full-time employees, a laptop and cell phone, and a $500 remote equipment stipend after a 90-day evaluation.

We are proud to be recognized as a Top Workplace in the Nonprofit Industry for 2 years in a row. This esteemed award is presented to organizations based on survey results that highlight how meaningful employees find their work, their belief in the organization’s strong values, and the level of appreciation they feel.
